My Mom recently lost her home from a massive fire in her seniors residence building. When we were finally able to retrieve some of her belongings, it was spur of the moment and we had no time to plan for storage. I called St. Albert Self Storage in a panic needing a safe place to store the items immediately. I spoke with Matt hoping they could accommodate my urgent request. Matt and the St. Albert Self Storage owners had heard about the fire and they were offering help to the seniors who were now without a home. He provided instant storage as my Son was en-route with the items we had rescued. It was seamless and hassle free! Under such stressful conditions, Matt made sure we were taken care of. When I explained what I needed Matt was helpful by locating a unit that perfectly fit our needs and he offered discounts that I didn't know about (which always leaves a good impression on me as they don't need to let me know but they did). After the original pre-paid rental period, I was a few days overdue, but Matt waived the few dollars owing and emailed me my receipt..paid in full. Excellent service!

Right from the start, the team at St Albert Self Storage were timely in responding to my questions regarding quotes, appropriate unit sizes, overall processes, etc. Clearly very knowledgeable and professional in how they dealt with communications over email or by phone. Once I arrived (with a moving truck as well) they directed us to my unit, showed me how the gates and lock work, all allowing for a stress-free situation. The facilities are clearly well maintained, and there are many security measures in place. For someone who was entirely new to the process, I feel like from start to finish everything went very smoothly, and that is owed to the staff! Thanks so much!

A 10×10 is about half the size of a standard garage. With the capacity to hold a king-sized bed, larger bedroom furniture, and oh-so-many boxes, the options for this unit are expansive.
A 5×5 is about the size of a walk in closet. While it’s small enough to easily manage household clutter, seasonal decor, and boxes, it’s also great for appliances, small furniture, and odd shapes like camping gear or sports equipment. Think of it like a walk-in closet that isn’t attached to your bedroom.
To rent a storage unit with Mini Mall Storage, you’ll need a valid form of government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or provincial ID.
We do not allow tenants to store stolen or illegal goods in our storage units. Additionally, we disallow flammable or hazardous items, combustible items or liquids, plants, perishable goods, or animals. For additional and more specific information about what you cannot store, please contact us.
Drive-up storage units allow tenants to drive up to, load, and unload their storage unit. This is especially useful for transporting large items. Drive-up storage units are tall, convenient, and located on the ground floor so that you don’t have to navigate stairs or elevators.
Absolutely! It’s important to us that your belongings are protected. Therefore, we require all tenants to hold a valid insurance policy. Get covered with your own insurance plan and provide proof of coverage with your policy number, coverage overview, start date, and expiry date.
