Debbie was a delight to work with. She gave me options of storage sizes and prices. She showed me how to use a seacan and offered me a bottle of water after I had spent 2 hours in the hot sun moving my items. The ladies here are very kind and helpful. The facility is clean and is easy and safe to use.

Wonderful... the people who work here, especially Jodi, are great. I was renting a storage unit for at least 8 years and even after all that time the things I was storing in their C-can was not moldy or damaged from temperature changes or rodents in any way. Also, throughout the 8 years the staff have been accommodating in every way. It's the little things, like remembering your name that makes you feel like you're renting from family and not a corporation.

Very impressed with this company; so far, so good.? Needed a reliable, clean storage unit in Grande Prairie asap. Sent out several emails to inquire to some of the other storage facilities here, not even a reply. Christmas holidays made this even more challenging. Fortunately, Mini Mall WAS prompt and courteous. We were able to rent a large, clean unit for a very reasonable price. Easy sign up. All staff we interacted with to date have been helpful and pleasant. Compound has numerous security features and is clean and well maintained. Definitely recommended. Will update if any issues arise in future.

The customer service is absolutely phenomenal! I originally had a small unit in the county yard, but when I needed more room, they helped me transition into a bigger unit, a C-can specifically. The day I went to move my things into the C-can, I was having a lot of trouble opening the door. When I called the office about it, one of the lovely ladies drove all the way out to help me with it, and noting how difficult it was, requested the maintenance person take a look at it. Occasionally I lose track of the date and end up missing my payment on the first, but they send me a reminder email on the 3rd, before I get hit with late fees, which is a huge help for my ADHD brain. The staff are always nice and try their best to accommodate me, and the prices are pretty reasonable with a wide selection of unit sizes. Highly recommend for anyone in need of some extra storage space!

This was a very positive experience. After a year, nothing (no animals or bugs)) got in and nothing got wet. Woo woo! I had a mix up with my card one month and they called me so I could fix it - it was easy. And it's right across from the U-Haul rental so picking it up was pretty easy too. They are always polite and helpful, even during move out stress. Much appreciated.
