The physical location can be difficult to access at first, but they give tou keys to the gate and it is otherwise well maintained. Late fees are more than the rent, so dont be late. Customer service was absolutely phenomenal though. I had a billing issue and Joseph made it a priority to help me get to the bottom of it and resolve the issue.
