I have rented yard space since 2018, staff has always been friendly and professional. Property seems quite well maintained. I like the pavement and gravel as it keeps rodent and insect infestations down. They have good security and it is 10 minutes from my home.

Came in to check out a storage unit for my daughter. The site was very clean and inviting, the welcome as you walk through the door was a very nice change from what you get most of the time now adays. My biggest issue is that the representative behind the desk wanted all my details before I was ready to committ. I do not think you should have to give your full name, phone number and email address when you are just asking questions! I did not provide the info and the wonderful rep still gave me everything I needed. She explained to me that she was fairly new to her position, however she was super friendly and from what I can tell very knowledgeable. She answered every one of my questions and made sure I understood everything before I left. I know I came in right at the end of her work day, yet she made no efforts to rush me out the door to go home. In the end I was very happy with the service and the overall facility and when my daughter is ready to make it here to Alberta we will most certainly be using this place!
