Once I moved my things to Mini Mall storage, I had peace of mind. The staff is communicative and professional. Additionally on a site check-up she noticed one of our locks was not on. I had erroneously left before securing one of our units. Not only that, the lock as it turns out was broken! I came to my spot on a terrible winter day in February. Catherine from the Barrhaven office came out from the office unprompted with a shovel and together we took turns clearing the snow. She insisted on shovelling and removed far more than 50% of the snow. I really couldn’t believe it! Absolutely amazing service and customer care! Glenda and Lawrence in the office have always been very kind, courteous, and helpful in the time we've been at Mini Mall. Much appreciated! I give 4 stars instead of 5 because prices have risen a lot, about 30% in the past two years to the point it was more cost effective for us to lease a commercial lot than continue renting. And they don't have cameras in the parking area so when we sustained damage to a truck they couldn't help us find those responsible. But those are corporate issues, which I only mention in hopes the feedback will help them improve. The front office on site has always been amazing.

Fenced yard with a secure coded gate, accessible 24/7. I have rented a unit for over 2 years, my experience with these guys was just great! They increase the rent slightly every year, but it's understandable and still within the average rates in the market. I would highly recommend this location for any personal or business storage.

These guys have been great to me. I needed some space. I couldn't find the space and functionality that met my needs anywhere else, and these folks hooked me up and got me a spot. I stayed for many months, and they were great to me. Very reasonable prices. Very kind service. Glenda has been wonderful to me every time that I've called, and I really value her high-level service. The only reason I'm ending my arrangement is I no longer need the space. These folks were wonderful to me, and I really appreciated how they operated.
